Senior Employment SolicitorBenefits:- Salary: Up to 85k DOE

Senior Employment Solicitor role:
We are looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor with at least 7 years PQE or Legal Executive to head up their Employment and HR Services department.
The role involves the proactive management of a varied caseload of employment matters and to undertake a leading role in the development of the department.
Head of employment & HR Services Responsibilities will include representing both employers and individuals on a broad range of matters including:
- Attending tribunals and undertaking advocacy as appropriate
- Delivering practical and tailored employment and HR advice
- Building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships
- Developing a marketing strategy for the department and undertaking business development initiatives
- Supervising the provision of employment and HR services for the department
- Delivering training to the wider department, including briefings and updates.
- You will be a qualified solicitor or Legal Executives with considerable PQE and possess excellent and comprehensive employment law knowledge and have demonstrable experience of Business Development.
- The ability to demonstrate sound technical knowledge together with exceptional client case and excellent communication skills is essential.
- Experience of working with Case Management Systems
- ELA membership would be beneficial.
