Role: Senior Energy Analyst

Location: Coventry (3 days in the office and 2 days from home)

Salary: up to £35k DOE

Summary:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Energy Analyst to join our client, a B2B Energy Services Company. As a member of the Client Services team, you will be providing support to corporate energy consumers accounts (Fixed and Flex) in the UK and Ireland, ensuring a high-quality service. The successful applicant will have B2B energy industry experience in a similar role, will be commercially and analytically minded and proficient in Microsoft Excel. Key responsibilities:

• Assisting with client queries in line with service level agreements
• Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with suppliers
• Contract set-up and process management
• Multisite queries / COTs / data collection / data analysis
• Ensure relevant CRM platforms are kept updated
• Assisting with other ad-hoc work that is required by the wider team

Skills and experience required:

• Experience in the energy industry is essential
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in a similar role is desirable
• Sales Force experience highly desirable
• Excellent team working skills with the ability to communicate at different levels
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to use your own initiative
• Able to work within a dynamic environment with good attention to detail
