Job Title:Senior Engineer - Combat Systems Engineering (AWS)Location: Portsmouth or Broadoak - We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.Salary: Up to £51,852, dependant on experience What you'll be doing:

Authoring System Requirements Specifications and Subsystem Technical SpecificationsParticipation in trade studies including defining key performance requirementsTechnical management of equipment suppliers including review of deliverable documentation and participation at Design Reviews/Acceptance eventsPlanning and supporting Verification and Validation activities both with Supplier and at Combat System Integration facilitiesPreparing evidence for Customer AcceptanceProviding regular updates on project status/progress in accordance with project specific reporting cyclesTo contribute to identification and rapid closure of issues emerging from all product lifecycle stages and to manage the resulting change embodiment activities

Your skills and experiences:

Degree qualified or equivalent in a relevant engineering disciplineExperience of requirements managementExcellent communication skillsKnowledge/experience of System Engineering Lifecycle
