What you'll be doing
- Ensure that all works are managed in accordance with the CRSA technical specifications, processes, and procedures, as well as Network Rail Group and Line Standards.
- Ensure that safety inspections are conducted in accordance with Alliance procedures and requirements.
- Monitor the programme teams to ensure they follow the project approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) Process.
- Support the Assistant Renewals Manager in planning and executing all Track Renewal and Enhancement Works.
- Ensure that daily work reports (planned vs actual) are submitted on time.
- Manage the work to meet financial targets, performance KRAs, and other KPIs.
Who we're looking for
- HNC in an Engineering discipline or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of track renewals disciplines.
- Excellent knowledge of health & safety at work (HASAW) rules and regulations.
- Knowledge of financial controls.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and management skills.
- Ability to write reports in a clear and concise manner.
- Personal Track Safety (PTS) certified and Controller of Site Safety (COSS) qualified.
- A proficient user of Microsoft Office (formulas, tables, graphs and analysis)
- Driving Licence (essential)
