Senior ER Advisor

We are recruiting for a Senior ER Advisor to support our HR Operations Team. You will be providing expert guidance on a wide range of employee relations matters to Operators including performance management, disciplinary actions, grievances and conflict resolution.

You will work very closesly with our HR Business Partners by providing a full HR/ER Administrative support whilst assisting ER Advisors on more complex ER issues.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

1. ?Provide an efficient first line phone support service to the business, acting as point of contact for all HR/ER advice, using own initiative to resolve issues, escalating to the Head of ER as and when required.
2. Monitor and respond to all ER queries in the ER Support Inbox using own initiative to resolve, escalating to the Head of ER as and when required.
3. Accurately recording and reporting on issues that are raised.
4. Assist with management of long term sickness within the business by referring employees to occupational health in line with the absence management policy.
5. Provide administrative support to HRBPs in organising meetings, sending invites, arranging hearings, preparing packs.
6. Take notes at investigation, disciplinary and grievance meetings as required.
7. Assisting in ER Training.
8. Provide support to the Head of ER on employment tribunal preparation & cover in the absence of the Head of ER

We are looking for somebody who has experience of Employee Relations, is approachable and organised and has a natural curiousty with the ability to get to the core of the issue. This role is remote with an element of travel therefore flexibility to travel across the UK will be required.
