Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the organization's property portfolio, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and property management.
Conduct comprehensive property valuations and assessments to determine the market value and potential investment opportunities.
Develop and implement property strategies and policies to maximize the value and performance of the portfolio.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address any property-related issues or opportunities.
Oversee the negotiation of leases, contracts, and other agreements with tenants, landlords, and external service providers.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legal requirements related to real estate management.
Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in real estate management, preferably in a senior or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of property law, regulations, and industry best practices.
Proven track record in property valuation, leasing, and contract negotiation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in the use of real estate management software and technology.
Hours Per Week: 37.50
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £21.51
Location: Nottingham, Nottinghamshire
