To align with their growth in projects and work, they are expanding and developing their team, looking for individuals to lead and shape teams around them.In this role, you will be a Senior Estimator, leading the junior estimators and working alongside the wider surveying team. You will be heavily involved within bid documentation, tender documentation, cashflow forecasts and more. This is a client facing role, where you will attend tender interviews to discuss the bids under consideration and any other needs they may require.The ideal candidate will be out-going and a good team player, who will be excited about where they can take this team. In this role, SFS, drywall, screed and ceilings knowledge is essential as the company specialise in this work.This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking for a diverse, stable role, where they can work on interesting projects while helping to develop a team around them.The Role:

• Senior Estimator
• Produce, review and update tenders
• Contribute to developing the business and mentoring junior staff

The Person

• Experience in similar role
• Knowledge of SFS, drywall, screed and ceiling estimating
• Confident in client facing role
