Key Responsibilities: As a Senior Estimator with our client, you will play a crucial role in project success by providing accurate and comprehensive estimates. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough cost analysis and preparing estimates
- Collaborating with project teams to understand requirements
- Obtaining quotes from suppliers and subcontractors
- Analysing drawings and specifications to create accurate estimates
- Keeping abreast of market trends and pricing fluctuations
- Contributing to the development of winning tenders
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Estimator with a Main Contractor
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Familiarity with construction plans and specifications
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficient in using estimating software and tool
