Reporting into the Group Pre-Construction Manager you will be given autonomy and a small team. You will look at strategy, cost , supply chain and program. You will understand the market and key supply chain.
Clients range from Major Food , Technology , E-Commerce & Transportation clients. Project ranging from 120,000 Sq Ft to 400,000 Sq Ft.
Do you have the following :
- 8-12 Years Pricing Experience is this sector?
- Strong understanding of Steel Frame Structures , large groundwork packages and concrete works.
- Have you led a Bid when needed ?
- Do you have Warehouse / Industrial Experience & Distribution Experience ?
- Do you have the supply chain awareness & client knowledge to hit the ground running.
