We have a fantastic opportunity to join us as a Senior Executive Assistant to CEOand CFO on a on a permanent, full time (37 hours per week) basis.

In this role you will:
- Support the CEO and CFO
- Ensure tasks are completed at speed, internally or externally in the CEO/CFO's name when needed
- Provide an efficient, effective & professional administrative support service to CEO and CFO
- Manage the Executive Assistant team and act as office manager, maintaining a professional and positive atmosphere within the department to support proactive change within the business and acting as a single point of contact for all problem solving and internal clarification questions
- Manage & grow relationships with key internal stakeholders across the group
- Act as the first point of contact and the "face" of the organisation to key external stakeholder
In order to do this role, you will need:
- A good level of numeracy and literacy, good grammar
- Previous experience of supporting a CEO or Senior Board member
- Previous line management experience
- Works with speed a, flexibility, and high energy
- Strong work ethic, confidence in dealing with urgent matters in a calm and professional manner
- Comfortable with reports, writing and structuring minutes, papers, presentations both internal and external
- Comfortable and experienced dealing with technology, devices and applications in their daily work, twitter, LinkedIn, WhatsApp message and video, zoom, web blog, etc
- Normal processes business world, ITrent, credit card portals
- Basic knowledge of excel a medium level of proficiency on PowerPoint, word, and teams
- Positive and collaborate attitude to support the Executive Team and CEO
- Flexible work ethic. Ability to multitask and change arrangements/plans at short notice
- Confident and professional with the ability to be strong and push back when required
- Highest levels of professionalism and ability to use judgment, discretion, tact, and diplomacy at all times
- Take control of diary management and travel to ensure best use of time
- The ability to work at speed and take ownership for example if plans and travel need to be changed a short notice
- Highly confidential. Will have exposure to sensitive information
