Senior Facilities Manager

Boden Group are supporting a Global Facilities provider in recruiting a Senior Facilities Manager integrated into a key contract in Dublin.

You will be responsible for overseeing established onsite teams and work alongside their prestigious global client based in Dublin. Working across 2 large sites, you will provide leadership to the onsite teams, whilst effectively managing the IFM operational delivery.

Your day to day:

• Monitor all services on-site and offer improvements in service performance.
• Develop a culture of continuous improvement that positively impacts clients and suppliers
• Make sure staff and contractors adhere to the requirements of SHEPs, SOPs and company procedures
• Be the point of contact for addressing site-based issues and opportunities
• Line manage your direct reports to optimize their performance and encourage their development.

Skills and qualifications Needed:

• Extensive experience of Facilities Management
• A good technical understanding or technically qualified.
• Experience working in the industrial sector
• Extensive customer service experience.

Salary: Competitive Salary + Car Allowance
