Form of workThe successful candidate must be able to demonstrate financial remedy alongside child matters, divorce, cohabition etc. Business development will also play a key part in this role.
The matters that will be dealt with generally are as follows:-
- Divorce
- Adoption
- Child Care Issues
- Family Mediation
- Children Dispute
- Finances
- Domestic Violence
- Mediation.
Candidate Requirements:-
- 6yrs+ PQE.
- Able to manage own caseload of clients.
- Very organised and able to prioritise work load.
- Use own initiative and work proactively.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good communication skills at all levels.
