ABOUT YOU
You will have:
Facilitate support groups and workshops to enhance parenting skills, communication, and problem-solving within families.
Experience of working with children and families and an ability to build strong relationships with children, their families, colleagues, and partners.
An ability to support families to make positive changes and enable children to meet their potential.
Experience of co-ordinating and delivering evidence- based interventions across the Borough in partnership with workers from across the wider Early Help Service and partner organisations.
A commitment to your own continuing professional development.
