Your new companyHays are pleased to be working with a reputable SME manufacturing business within the local area. Your new roleAs a Senior Finance Administrator, duties will consist of:
- Accounts Receivable duties
- Posting cash
- Credit control duties (Collecting cash via phone email)
- Building rapport with customers/suppliers
- Producing debtor and KPI reports
- Processing of Invoicing/Credit notes
- Setting up payments
- General administration duties
What you'll need to succeedYou will have good knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Credit Control duties. Looking for an individual who has excellent communication skills and can work towards deadlines. Managerial experience would be preferable, but not essential. You will have excellent Excel and data processing skills. What you'll get in return
