If you want a role that will place you at the heart of commercial decision support, then joining the Business Performance Team as a Senior Analyst will see you do just that!

About the role

You will work closely with a team of Finance Business Partners and Finance Analysts to support the delivery of relevant, reliable analysis and insight to commercial stakeholders.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the team is provisioned with accurate and appropriate data. You will produce weekly and monthly finance MI and will also be expected to proactively explore ways we can automate or simplify existing reporting. This is a role that requires you to work with a range of stakeholders, so you’ll be able to develop and maintain great relationships with a wide variety of teams across the organisation.

You will also work with colleagues to design and build ad-hoc analysis to understand historic performance trends, support commercial proposals or any other analysis required to support commercial decision making.

Please note, this role offers hybrid working.

About you

You will have previous experience in a data analysis or insight role. You will also be passionate about championing process improvements and proactively supporting business transformation. You will have significant experience of current MI/Finance systems utilised by the business (Business Objects, SQL, SAS, Microsoft Access, Salesforce and Tableau). Experience or qualifications in management accounting and/or financial analysis would be advantageous, as would previous experience of the financial services industry.

This will be coupled with:

- Experience reviewing, managing, and developing analytical models;

- Great attention to detail;

- Great commercial acumen.
