Senior Financial Inclusion Specialist 

Salary: £37,676 

Location: Manchester - Agile 

Full Time, Permanent

We have an exciting position available for Senior Financial Inclusion Specialist to join us! 

You’ll deliver a customer-focused Financial Inclusion service to help customers manage their finances and improve their financial capability avoiding legal action and potential eviction. This role is key to ensuring our service provides exceptional customer experiences. Your knowledge and skills will provide coaching and feedback to fellow colleagues, highlighting best practice and improvements in how we handle customer appointments. Supporting our customers with welfare benefits advice and money guidance necessary to sustain their tenancies. 

What we’re looking for:        

  • Experience of monitoring quality of advice with the ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching to address any training needs with colleagues.  

  • Able to provide personal financial advice and guidance.  

  • Knowledge and experience of provision of advice on benefits including relevant legislation such as Welfare Reform Act 2012.  

  • Computer literate with experience of housing management systems and case management systems.  

  • Able to communicate in an appropriate manner with customers, stakeholders and colleagues.  

  • Able to design and deliver Financial Inclusion training courses for One Manchester customers.  

  • We offer a service that operates from outreaches during the hours of 8:00am - 8:00pm and Saturday's from 9:00am - 12:00pm, there is a requirement to provide cover on a rota basis for these hours.
