Salary Feeling valued is a complicated, subjective thing.
It's not usually about money (but that comes into it) but about whether you feel heard. That your views matter. About whether you're trusted to get on your work without being micro-managed.
When it comes to making staff feel valued lots of businesses fail the test. It's often put up or shut up and someone watching over your shoulder.
But not here.
This is a business that values what you have to say. They want to hear your ideas, to challenge how things are done and to contribute to strategy. You're an expert in your area after all, so why wouldn't they lean on you?
Their management style as you'd expect is light touch. You're a motivated, conscientious person, so whilst there's great support you'll have their trust. Need help? Just ask. But you won't be micro-managed.
And as for money it's not the priority but of course it's important. Depending on experience there's a starting salary of up £38,000 plus a discretionary bonus.

You won't just get to have a say here either. You'll learn and develop. The average new client has more than £1m to invest, so you'll gain exposure to cashflow modelling (Voyant). The use of products such as VCTs and EISs are par for the course too.
Technology wise there's Intelligent Office and Genovo for report writing. You'll also use their MPS platform and work with DFM providers. That's a lot of upskilling.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
The firm are looking for two administrators.
One will be a senior, so someone with 2 years+ experience as an administrator in a Financial Planning firm.
The other can be entry level. A second careerist looking to get their first position in the profession? This firm will look at you too.
