If you have experience in providing customers with investment advice and see your future as a key colleague in our branch network, this could be your opportunity to become a Senior Financial Planning Manager.
It’s a premium service: you’ll be working with customers looking to invest for at least five years or more. You’ll listen to their needs, clarify their objectives, and analyse their circumstances. Where appropriate, you’ll explain which of our award-winning investment products are right for them.

Representing Santander Wealth Management in branch
Identifying potential new customers in need of this service
Keeping up with market trends (including updates from our asset managers)
Developing your skills and knowledge within our development and succession programmes
What you’ll bring.
A Level 4 Financial Planning diploma valid for FCA activity 4 (giving personal recommendations on retail investment products)
Proven skills in providing investment advice and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
It would also be nice for you to have.
Excellent people and relationship-building skills with the ability to listen and analyse.
Understanding of regulatory environment (especially with restricted advice)
Self-starting and dynamic approach to work
Experience of working within a telephony environment

Right to work in the UK.
Every individual must have the right to work in the UK to commence employment with Santander either by way of nationality, visa or work permit.
