Senior Fire Engineer

The successful Senior Fire Engineer will work directly alongside the Head of Fire Engineering. This role requires self-management of projects of various sizes and sectors, managing a team, and mentoring graduates and Fire Engineers. The business maintains key relationships with companies in the commercial, hi-rise, and residential sectors, ensuring compliance with all fire regulations and requirements, as well as staying abreast of future changes.

Responsibilities:

• Fire Strategy Design
• Review, Inspect, Implement & Test
• Understand detection, suppression, on-site experience, strategy design, and testing

Key Requirements:

• Ideally with a design consultancy or risk background
• Chartered engineer in fire or working towards this status
• Degree in Fire Engineering, structural engineering, or a related discipline
• Experience in leading client-facing meetings
• Clear experience in the residential and commercial sectors
• Experience with business development

• Salary: £55,000 - £65,000
• 31 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
