The Senior Fire Risk Assessor's Role
The appointed Senior Fire Risk Assessor will independently oversee projects, conducting comprehensive Type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments across a diverse range of settings, including residential, commercial, HMOs, and high-rise buildings. The Senior Fire Risk Assessor
- Possesses over 2 years of experience in Fire Risk assessment.
- Is registered on the TFRAR Tier 2 or 3 (Fire Risk Assessor Register), evidencing their commitment to professional standards.
- Ideally has hands-on experience conducting Type 1-4 site risk assessments, with training support available for those looking to enhance their skills.
- Demonstrates proficiency in compartmentation surveys, an essential skill for assessing fire safety in buildings.
- Holds professional memberships with IFE/IFSM, underscoring their recognized competence in the field.
- Has a background in managing Fire Risk assessments for residential, commercial, and retail sectors, showcasing a broad understanding of the diverse requirements across these areas.
- Exhibits strong client-facing skills, ensuring the delivery of high-standard technical advice and solutions.
- Is capable of supporting the development of documents, policies, and procedures, contributing to the consultancy's knowledge base and operational excellence.
