A leading Facilities maintenance contractor specialising in providing full HVAC maintenance support, are looking for a bubbly Senior FM Contracts Administrator to work within a small, dynamic team with a work hard play hard mentality to be based in Reading supporting the Contracts Manager, scheduling reactive works for the engineers, Purchase orders, sales invoices, job sheets, works orders, WIP, updating asset management system: In house system

• Senior FM Contracts Administrator will be based in an office nr Reading, working within a small friendly team
• Senior FM Contracts Administrator will be performing a wide variety of contract administration duties and producing reports for Client meetings
• Senior FM Contracts Administrator will be managing the data entry onto their in house CAFM system
• Senior FM Contracts Administrator will be using Word, Excel, Outlook
• Senior FM Contracts Administrator assisting the contracts manager with all administration duties by being proactive in their approach
• Senior FM Contracts Administrator will be speaking with engineers and clients on booking and following up reactive works, ensuring that the in-house system is up to date
• Senior FM Contracts Administrator will be paid 30,000 - 35,000 basic + 28 days holiday + package.

To be successful as the Senior FM Contracts Administrator

• Senior FM Contracts Administrator will be experienced in working within a facilities maintenance team
• Senior FM Contracts Administrator will be experienced in maintenance contracts administration within M&E, HVAC, or Facilities Maintenance
• Senior FM Contracts Administrator will live in commuting distance to Reading
• Senior FM Contracts Administrator with Simpro and E-Log books system would be an advantage

Senior FM Contracts Administrator will be paid 30,000 - 35,000 basic + 28 days holiday + package.
