Key Responsibilities: Lead the creative process for footwear design, from initial concept sketches to final product development. Conduct thorough market research and trend analysis to inform design decisions and stay ahead of industry trends. Develop detailed design specifications and technical drawings to guide the production process. Work closely with the product development, marketing, and manufacturing teams to ensure cohesive and commercially viable products. Oversee the creation of prototypes, ensuring they meet design specifications and quality standards. Choose appropriate materials, colours, and finishes that align with the brand’s aesthetic and performance requirements. Continuously seek out new design techniques, materials, and technologies to push the boundaries of footwear design.
