Form of workProtiviti - the global management consultancy are seeking a dynamic FP&A Consultant to support our global Telecommunications client on a large scale Business Planning Tool Implementation programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design efficient FP&A solutions.
- Lead the implementation of Business Planning Tools, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and decision-making processes.
- Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive business performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop KPIs and performance metrics, enabling effective monitoring and reporting.
- Provide training and support to end-users on the use of FP&A tools and processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in FP&A and Business Planning.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in FP&A roles within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Business Planning Tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Hyperion, Onestream) is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Proven track record of successful project management and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
