Senior Front End Developer (PHP) - Manchester (hybrid)

I have partnered with a fascinating growth eCommerce agency in Manchester looking to hire a Front End Developer.

The role is hybrid (2 days per week in office, typically Tuesdays and Thursdays).

What they’re looking for:

• 4 years of commercial web development experience
• Experience with eCommerce websites and high-quality CX
• HTML, CSS/Sass (Bulma), JavaScript (Vanilla)
• OOP PHP
• MVC
• Deployment automation
• Version control and source code management with; GIT/Github
• Webpack, Grunt, Gulp, Node.js, Yarn.
• Pragmatic, autonomous, consultative approach to development, naturally curious about innovation solutions.

It would be a plus if you have:

• React stack (Js, Redux, Saga’s, Native, Electron.js)
• Nginx/Redis
• Docker / Kubernetes.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders on UI/UX/CX matters
• Assisting clients in defining specifications and requirements for new website constructions
• Articulating and showcasing design choices
• Creating eCommerce platforms
• Utilizing Front-end technologies
• Engaging with the core PHP application
• Providing support and mentorship to colleagues
