Senior Fund Administrator

Location - Jersey

Salary - £50,000 - £60,000 + Benefits

With offices in Frankfurt, Stockholm, London, Helsinki, Jersey, Luxembourg, Milan, New York, Oslo, Amsterdam, and Shanghai, the firm boasts a comprehensive platform comprising over 350 colleagues. Among them, 170 are investment professionals, collaborating with operational and functional specialists in key areas such as ESG, digital, talent, debt finance, procurement, legal, and tax.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of prior experience in Private Equity fund administration
  • Advantageous to have previous experience in trading/settlement of debt-related instruments or similar
  • Familiarity with limited partnership structures
  • Understanding of investments, funds, treasury functions, and associated terminology
  • Currently holding or in progress towards obtaining a professional qualification (ICSA/STEP)
  • Strong academic background, including GCSE (with English and Maths at Grades A* - B) and A Levels or a degree
  • Proficient in IT with experience in all MS applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Background in Company Secretarial functions
  • Exposure to Luxembourg-based funds would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of the following applications are advantageous:Investran (Private Capital Suite) ,RBSI eQ, BNP Neolink, Allvue, MS Sharepoint, Viewpoint

The role:

As a Senior Administrator, you will be tasked with supervising our portfolio, which encompasses 3 Debt funds, 2 Managed Accounts, and several other compelling projects. You will take charge of private equity fund administration and handle company secretarial responsibilities.

  • Overseeing diverse funds and orchestrating board meetings
  • Facilitating investment endorsements and settlement procedures
  • Managing fund-related transactions and paperwork
  • Upholding legal agreements, shareholder records, and investor information
  • Coordinating with counter parties and handling requisite documentation
  • Aiding in annual filings, entity establishment, and legal assistance
  • Contributing to the implementation of policies and enhancing controls
  • Ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory mandates
  • Supporting initiatives for corporate governance and process improvement
  • Collaborating seamlessly within the Triton team
  • Engaging with compliance and legal functions for effective communication
  • Remaining current on regulatory shifts and engaging in continuous professional development
