Crohn’s & Colitis UK is seeking a dynamic and innovative Supporter Journey Manager to join our Marketing & Communications team. This pivotal role will spearhead the development and execution of integrated supporter journeys, amplifying our voice and expanding our market presence to make a significant impact.

Role Overview

As our Supporter Journey Manager, you will lead the strategy, development, and implementation of supporter journeys across all platforms and services. Your work will be crucial in increasing our brand reach, engaging our target market, and growing our brand loyalty and income. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and Communications, you will be at the forefront of creating meaningful connections with our supporters and the wider Crohn’s and Colitis community.

 

Salary: £45,000 - £53,000 (35 hours FTE) depending on experience

Location: Hatfield/Hybrid

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft and implement the supporter journey strategy and roadmap, including the selection and management of suppliers to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Map supporter journeys to enhance engagement, retention, and loyalty, utilizing data-led insights  to optimize the supporter experience.
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization, including Supporter Engagement, Income     Generation, and Digital Experience, to ensure a cohesive supporter experience.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to embed supporter-centric methodologies within the organization, ensuring brand consistency and compliance with data protection policies.
  • Manage resources effectively, including setting KPIs, budgeting, and reporting, to drive continuous improvement and results.

 

What We’re Looking For

Essential

  • Proven experience in managing and delivering successful integrated supporter experiences.
  • Creative and strategic thinker, with a strong data-driven approach and experience in journey analysis.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Resilient and innovative, with a results-focused attitude and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Strong project and financial management skills, with the ability to manage complex programs effectively.

Desirable

  • Experience with email marketing platforms and a good understanding of data capture and management.
  • Previous line management experience.
