The charity campaigns and works with organisations and companies to tackle issues such as climate change, global health, and workforce issues. A great opportunity exists for a Senior Fundraising Manager to join the team. As Senior Fundraising Manager, you will be instrumental in developing the charities Trusts and Foundations strategy and will bring technical expertise to develop new ways of working and you will support and line manage the Trust Fundraising Manager. This is a full-time, permanent role, home based in the UK with access to London offices.
Who are we looking for?
Ideal candidates will be comfortable managing demanding funders and high value relationships, as well as working closely with senior stakeholders, both internal and external. You will have a successful track record in delivering high value, multi-year funding from UK and overseas trusts and foundations. You will be able to build, maintain and influence working relationships with a network of stakeholders, including some at senior level. You will be able to understand issues quickly, simplify complexity and provide insight and recommendations . Experience of complex bid development and working with delivery teams on programme design and grant management is essential for this role. Knowledge of funding trends and grant-making practices within the relevant fields (e.g., sustainable finance, environment, biodiversity, labour rights, campaigning, advocacy etc.) would be a bonus, however it is not essential for the role.
