  • Demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach.
  • Proactively developing yourself and team members through Continuous Professional Development initiatives.
  • Utilising strong numerical analysis skills, including Finite Element analysis and construction sequencing of underground structures.

  • Proven expertise in piling, piled walls, foundation and retaining wall design, temporary works, soil nails, ground anchors, and site investigations.
  • Strong proficiency in preparing technical documentation, contract documents, and fee estimates.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.

This role attracts the following benefits package:

  • Training and Education assistance
  • Flexible working arrangements
  • Professional membership funding
  • Annual leave increases in line with service
