Senior GI Pricing Analyst

Are you a talented Pricing Analyst with insurance personal lines pricing experience, preferably motor? Have you got the demonstrated ability to analyse data to support decision-making? Are you looking for your next career challenge?

This is an exciting opportunity to join our client's our pricing team, developing and implementing pricing strategies using sophisticated data and analytics.

In this crucial role, you will develop and maintain statistical models to analyse pricing performance and total profitability.

You will also recommend rating action and changes to pricing structures based on detailed reviews of competitive position, customer behaviour, claims performance and profitability.

In addition, you will evaluate the potential impact of new data sources on performance and manage the integration into pricing models.

Educated to at least degree level (or equivalent) in a mathematical/scientific subject, the successful candidate will be able to identify, investigate and explain data trends.

Previous experience using analytical software and tools (eg SQL, SAS, R, Snowflake, Looker) also required.
