This well-established company are specialists in both offshore and onshore geoscience and have over 30 years of experience working internationally in the offshore industry. They work with a range of clients providing services such as surveying, project management, testing and risk assessments.

In this role you will be responsible for a small team of GIS Analysts to oversee and deliver tasks such as mentoring the junior GIS staff, providing key analytical data to a range of projects and act as a support to a key manager in planning resources, and ensuring the workload is efficiently completed to a high standard.

The ideal candidate is an experienced individual who is experienced in working with offshore geospatial data and software packages. You must have a can do attitude, promoting new advanced solutions for the company and their clients.

The role:

* Offshore geospatial data and knowledge in all relevant software packages

* Mentoring the junior GIS technicians - utilising personal knowledge and expertise to guide the technicians through GIS activities

* Provide crucial analytical and quantitative to a wide range of projects within the company

* Acting as a support to a key manager in planning resources and efficiency in completing projects

* Previous experience using GIS software
