We are looking for passionate Senior Graphic Designers to join our highly energetic, forward-thinking Marketing team and drive our media presence to the next level.
Salary: £30k - £35k annually, PLUS monthly bonus (reflecting your digital prowess & innovation).
This role will office-based in our lovely Swansea Marina Head Office.
Responsibilities:
- Brainstorm and bounce ideas with the marketing team to come up with new innovative ideas.
- Think outside the box and deliver amazing, forward-thinking concepts ensuring further great successful media presence.
- Take concept to design and bring it to life across Social Media platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends ensuring further successful media deliverance.
Required skill set:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Highly familiar with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
- The ability to craft exceptional advertisements that resonate with and disrupt conventional trends.
- Design influential advertising campaigns that capture our brand essence and achieve specific campaign objectives.
- The desire to produce creatives that connect and leave a lasting impact on our audience.
- Lead diverse creative projects, collaborating seamlessly with our Media Buyer and the Marketing team.
