Senior Health and Safety Advisor – Chelmsford – Up to £55,000 – Manufacturing
The Senior Health and Safety Advisor will:

• Promote effective EHS Management including influencing “behaviour” and promoting a culture of continuous improvement across the site
• Ensure that all EHS policies, procedures, rules, and regulations are reviewed, updated, and communicated
• Work alongside the organisations’ key stakeholders and the wider business to implement a positive safety strategy
• Ensure risk assessments and safe working procedures are completed and reviewed within relevant timescales
• Proactively support management with risk assessments, audits and inspections across the site and create action plans for improvements

The successful Senior Health and Safety Advisor will have:

• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualification as a minimum
• Effective communication skills
• 3-4 years’ experience in an operational Health and Safety role
• Knowledge of ISO management systems
