Senior Health Economist, 6-8 month contract
Full time, 2 days per week onsite
Our client is a leading global pharmaceutical company, looking for an expert Senior Health Economist to join the team for a 6–8-month, full time contract.
Responsibilities:
the formulation, evaluation, and enhancement of National Market Access Plans for products in the EU, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders.
on the most effective HTA strategy and oversees all facets of the HTA process for assigned products in the UK/Ireland, a critical endeavour for achieving market access.
a key role in interdisciplinary Franchise teams and is acknowledged as an expert, ensuring that Market Access is fundamental to brand strategy and implementation.
develops and shares high-quality materials that articulate the value of BI products to national payers.
deep technical expertise in Health economic modelling and value communication & implementation through various mediums.
the commissioning and oversight of major projects with third-party vendors and internal/external stakeholders. Encourages internal development and training of other BI Health Economists.
Requirements:
MSc in Health Economics or equivalent field.
Able to work at a strategic level within cross functional teams.
Strong experience within economic evaluation, HTA including NICE and SMC, development of payer materials, training, and mentorship.
