We are currently recruiting for a Senior Highway Technician to support the Highways Engineer in the investigation and resolution of highway maintenance related issues, including customer service enquires and highway related surveys, to assist the team to provide a good quality service. In addition, you will be responsible for the collation and preparation of information to assist the Council in their defence of Section 58 claims. The post will be part of a strong and supportive team, all of whom work hard towards developing our Highway Asset Maintenance Service.
We are looking for a hardworking and conscientious person to work in a busy environment, providing an essential and valuable service to our customers, who can build effective relationships.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working within an operational Highways Environment, be well-organised and flexible and have good customer communication skills.
