- Salary : 20- 30 Umbrella or 15.38- 23.08 PAYE
- Hours : 37 Hours
- Contract Length : Temp to Perm after 12 Weeks
Brief duties/ key responsibilities:
- Support development and consultation on draft of the Local Transport Plan (a statutory document) by July 2024
- Support development of Northampton Local Cycling and Walking Infrastructure Plan by September 2024 and its consultation.
- Lead on development of smaller projects/ studies including walking and cycling corridors
- Support putting together a submission for the recently announced Local Transport Fund.
- Support the development of the rebuild of the Northamptonshire Strategic Transport Model
Key experience:
- Professional with transport planning or policy experience
- Knowledge of current transport planning policy practice and Transport project development
- Project delivery
- Working as part of a team
- Project management skills
- Experience in strategy writing and public consultation
