Senior Hr Advisor

We are currently working with a large public sector body in Wiltshire, who are looking to take on an Senior HR Advisor on an initial three-month temporary contract.

They are happy to consider someone on a full-time or part-time (3/4 days) basis and offer hybrid working (3/4 days working from home) and an hourly rate from £21-24ph depending on experience.

They are looking for someone with strong employee relations and trade union experience who is used to handling complex and high-volume casework and can provide expert advice and support to managers and key stakeholders.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Handling complex and high-volume ER casework, up to 40 cases at any one time

• Advising on all aspects of employment law

• Coaching and guiding line managers

• Working with Trade Unions

• Attending meetings either virtually or in-person

Experience required:

• Previous work within the public sector (desirable)

• Experience managing complex ER casework

Working hours:

• Up to 37 hours per week

• Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
