The role:
· To ensure all employee resourcing activity is delivered in line with the Housing Executive’s Resourcing Policy, relevant legislation and HR best practice.
· To manage the day to day activities of the Resourcing Team.
· To take a lead role on all resourcing issues including ensuring the workforce plan is delivered in a timely basis
· To provide a high level of internal and external customer service including taking ownership of customer queries and complaints and following issues through to completion.
· To ensure continued and effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, particularly Finance and IT
What we’re looking for:
1. Degree level qualification (Level 6*) in Human Resource Management
AND
Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a Human Resources function.
OR
2. Level 5* qualification in Human Resources
AND
Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a Human Resources function
