An exciting time to join our HR Manufacturing team in Nottingham, in a brand new role which provides an amazing opportunity to make a positive impact.
You'll play a pivotal role in driving our site HR strategy at site level and lead key projects to drive our initiatives forward. You'll be able to make an impact across employee engagement, industrial relations, talent management, leadership development and HR compliance.
On site 4/5 days per week due to nature of role. Part time hours also considered.
Key responsibilities :-
- Lead in managing site ER cases
- Champion effective absence management, ensuring rates remain below target
- Handle consultations on complex changes
- Enhance employee engagement through HR walk rounds, welfare interviews, and ensuring HR visibility across shifts
- Contribute to community, charity and volunteering initiatives
- Oversee talent attraction, retention, development and succession planning
- Coach managers across the employee life cycle
- Maintain HR compliance, escalate complex cases and participate in audits to uphold our high standards
Minimum 2 years experience of managing employee relations, ideally in a fast paced FMCG setting.
Solid knowledge of employment law and experience in handling complex cases and consultations.
