We are recruiting for an experienced Senior HR Advisor / HR Business Partner or HR Manager (depending on the organisation you have come from, depends on the Job Title you may have held) for this newly created role within a global technology company. Joining this expanding team and business, you will bridge the gap between the Chief People Officer whose focus is building and ensuring delivery of their people strategy and their HR Executive who supports with all HR Administration and is responsible for all first line support for all managers and employees with anything people related.
This role is everything in between.
We are looking for a true HR Generalist. You will enjoy all things Employee Relations, love rolling your sleeves up and getting involved in recruitment – supporting line managers understand skills gaps and experience required for their roles, multiple planned and unplanned projects, continuous improvement of processes and policies and building great relationships with line managers and stake holders to coach and support them with all matters regarding HR to ensure high performing teams.
Passionate about providing the best employee/customer experience possible, this company also provides employees with activity days and social events to give employees time to unwind.
What you will be doing:
- You will have a key role in shaping and driving the people strategy
- Delivering a range of HR solutions tailored to the company
- Coach, support and influence managers and employees regarding HR matters
- Provide effective advice and interventions holding managers to account on their approach to leadership.
- Leading recruitment campaigns and working with agencies
- Leading Employee Engagement / Employee Relations matters including performance and absence management, grievance and disciplinary
- Acting as a mentor to the People Coordinator
