Senior HR Consultant - Case

Salary: £42,717 - £50,550 per year (pro rata for part time)
Hours: 33 per week
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior HR Consultant to join the HR Case Management Team.
Working across the organisation you will provide expert guidance and support to managers to manage and resolve a range of complex case management issues.
You will provide advice in line with council policy and procedure and current employment law while minimising any potential risks to the organisation.
Ideally, you will have experience in complex case management.
You will be qualified to postgraduate level in Human Resources together with membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development or have equivalent relevant experience. With up-to-date knowledge on relevant legislation alongside coaching and mentoring skills to support managers to take appropriate action.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
