Cpl HR recruitment are delighted to go to market to recruit for a Senior HR Manager with an extremely successful Irish company with a global reach in South Dublin. Supporting a team of business partners and centre of excellence, this role will report into the HR director supporting on operational HR, while working very closely to shape the people objectives for the business.
Role and responsibilities include:
- Work collaboratively with all business units to ensure strategies have been implemented across varying areas
- Ensure best in practice HR advise is at the forefront and represent the company when nessary in a unionised environment
- Support with entry into new countries during a period of planned growth
- Be responsible in ensuring employment legislation is up to date in all European locations and updated accordingly
- Manage the performance management procedures to enable progress and success within the organisation
- Be available for Ad-Hoc HR related projects
Skills and experience required:
- Progressive experience in a similar role
- Leading senior HR professionals in essential experience needed
- Relationship building at senior management level is key for success in this role
- Experience in upscaling in a fast paced, ever changing environment
- Be in a position to travel once a month in Europe
- European HR experience would be an advantage
