Job title: HR Advisor

Responsible to: Head of HR & Operations

Salary: Starting salary is £31,438.42 per year, at full time equivalent (SC6-SP26), with scope to increase to £34,249.31 (S01-SP29a). Actual starting salary is equivalent to £25,150.74 per year.

Hours: 30 per week  

Contract type: Permanent

Location: 2 days a week remote working. Office is located Tudor Road E9, London.

We are looking for an ambitious HR Advisor who cares about the mental health of all communities. There is room for career progression so the role would ideally suit a HR Officer/ HR Advisor willing and capable of embracing the development opportunity.

About Mind in the City, Hackney and Waltham Forest:

We are a multi-disciplinary provider of specialist mental health services and a part of the Mind Federation.

We promote both recovery from ill health for people with recurrent and enduring mental health difficulties and early intervention for those at risk of developing mental health issues, or who struggle with common mental health conditions.

We currently support around 5,000 people a year through a variety of services focusing on psychological, social, economic and workplace wellbeing, and support minoritised communities.
