Job description

We are seeking to appoint a senior practitioner within the Incredible Years Service.
Do you have the skills, knowledge and expertise working with Parents/carers and children?
Are you passionate about making a difference to children across the Bradford district?
Have knowledge of Early Years child Development, and experience of supporting parents to implement strategies to manage/support their child's development?
Have a range of project work skills and abilities?
Demonstrate the ability to engage and communicate with both parents, children, young people and their families?

The Incredible Years service deliver's parenting programmes across Bradford district as part of start for life within the family hubs.
Although this contract has a permanent status, please be aware that this post is subject to funding currently to 31/03/2025 and therefore should this funding not be extended further, you may be subject to a redundancy consultation or a TUPE arrangement.
This contract is due to expire on 31/03/2025.

Whilst the full pay band and salary range is advertised, our approach to starting salaries is to appoint between the minimum to mid-point of the pay band – this ensures that pay progression steps are available to reward our colleagues annually based on their contribution to excellence and alignment to our values and behaviours.
