INDIVIDUAL GIVING MANAGER
Part Time, 21 hours per week
Working 9am to 5pm over three set days (days to be agreed)
Salary £19,200 per annum (£32,000 FTE)
Based either at The Frances Hay Centre, Banbury or working remotely with regular monthly visits to Banbury
We are looking for a positive, creative and ambitious team-player to lead the development of Dogs for Good’s Individual Giving activity. You will have substantive experience as an Individual Giving fundraiser, perhaps having overseen a team previously or developed a new programme of activity with measurable results. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, delivery and evaluation of regular appeals, general donations, online donations, payroll giving, regular giving and legacies. Of course, you will share our values and passion for the impact created by connection with a dog.
The role is offered part-time at 21 hours per week and we have some flexibility with this. We also welcome applicants who wish to work remotely, however, please note that monthly visits to our Centre in Banbury are required. We cannot always promise puppies on these visits, but we can guarantee tail wags from our four-legged friends!
About us
At Dogs for Good, we believe that dogs, and the bond we share with them, can help people lead happier, healthier and more independent lives. This is an exciting time to join the organisation as we embark on a bold, new strategy to move to a more community-led model, alongside a greater emphasis on training, education and advocacy. Over the next five years, this will increase the impact in our three priority areas – improving the quality of life for people and dogs; increasing the understanding of the value of connection with a dog; and creating a more inclusive society.
Salary - £ 19,200 per annum (21 hours per-week). In addition we offer a range of great benefits, including 25 days annual leave, plus additional time off between Christmas and New Year (and not working your birthday!); a generous contributory pension scheme; and a great office environment, shared with our dogs, on the edge of Banbury.
To apply, please visit the 'Current Vacancies' page on the Dogs for Good website, where full application instructions and a copy of the Individual Giving Manager job description can be found. Please note we cannot consider your application for this vacancy without a completed Equal Opportunities Monitoring Form If we receive your Covering Letter and CV without the Equal Opportunities Form, your application will not be considered in the short listing process.
