SalaryPercival are excited to be working exclusively with Mencap to help them recruit for a new Senior Individual Giving Officer to join their growing team. Your role will be to manage a range of direct marketing communications, supporter engagement and donor acquisition channels with the aim to recruit new supporters and retain the existing donor base.

Title:Senior Individual Giving Officer
Salary: £35,857 per annum
Working Pattern: Full Time
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Hybrid, London
As a Senior Individual Giving Officer, you will have day to day responsibility in direct marketing to existing donors and the regular cash appeals, including the audience, drafting of materials and delivery. You will work with the Head of and Manager in the team to ensure donor acquisition campaigns are delivered on time and on budget, ultimately raising vital funds to support people with a learning disability.
They are looking for someone with some experience in planning and delivering Individual Giving campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience drafting email communications to financial and non-financial supporter, and planning direct marketing appeals.
