Role Overview
My client are looking for a dedicated Azure/Microsoft 365 specialist. Your role will involve managing and troubleshooting IT environments, supporting the front-line service desk, and handling critical tickets and escalations. You will collaborate with IT teams and keep documentation up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and troubleshoot complex IT environments
- Serve as a point of escalation for service desk tickets
- Collaborate with colleagues and update documentation
- Identify and pursue revenue opportunities
Requirements
- Experience in an IT Solution Provider or MSP environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a desire to learn
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum qualification: AZ-104 & MS-102
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with Azure components and network support
