Senior Inhouse Consultant- OTC- Order Book Management

Senior Inhouse Consultant (SD/OTC- Order Book Management)- Remote
I am currently supporting a global fashion eCommerce on their search for a Senior Inhouse Consultant to join their team OTC team on a permanent basis across Germany.

Responsibilities:

* You are the expert in SAP SD configuration and process familiarity encompassing order management, delivery, shipment processing, billing, and managing customer returns.
* Proficient in defining, conceptualizing, and executing order-to-cash processes within our SAP S/4HANA platform.
* Guiding and assisting stakeholders from both business and technical perspectives through regular assessments, dispensing knowledge, and offering insights into best practices.
* Customize and tailor SAP SD modules to harmonize with organizational workflows inclusive involvement in system testing, user education, and delivering continuous support.
* Deploy pricing procedures, sales document types, and streamline delivery processes.
* Maintain seamless communication between SAP SD and interconnected modules to ensure holistic business operations.
* Engage collaboratively with business stakeholders to comprehend, assess, and transform business requirements into functional specifications for SAP SD configuration.

Experience required:

* Extensive experience in SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA project design and implementation, specializing in SD functionalities like order management, delivery logistics, billing, and returns processing.
* Proven track record in legacy system replacement and greenfield ERP deployments within agile teams.
* Advanced SAP S4/HANA customization skills, particularly in SD / OTC, with additional industry experience in Fashion, Consumer Goods, or Retail.
* Strong grasp of end-to-end processes, user experience design, and IT landscapes, enabling effective solution development.
* Proficient in translating business requirements into epics and stories, with proficiency in project management tools like JIRA and SharePoint, alongside Microsoft Office.
* A collaborative team player with structured and analytical work approach, proficient in English, with German skills as a bonus.
