THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Senior Innovation Strategist, you will play a key role in shaping the future direction of the organization and its client projects. The Senior Innovation Strategist will have the following responsibilities:

• Cultivate and nurture client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner
• Lead global and local research initiatives, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methodologies
• Facilitate ideation workshops to inspire new products, services, and communication strategies
• Develop brand positioning and strategy frameworks that resonate with target audiences
• Craft compelling presentations that effectively communicate ideas and drive client engagement
• Ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery while maintaining high-quality standards
• Contribute to diversity and inclusion initiatives and support the agency's growth strategy

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The successful Innovation Strategist will have the following skills and experience:

• 6+ years of experience in innovation, brand planning, qualitative research/insight, or strategy roles
• Proven track record of project delivery and client engagement, with strong leadership capabilities
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively
• Curiosity and passion for exploring cultural trends and insights
• Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
• Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with senior client stakeholders
• Commitment to personal and professional development, with a desire to mentor and coach others
