Senior Internal Communications Business Partner
Offices across the UK including Leeds, Birmingham and Halifax (hybrid 2 days in office)
Permanent - £70,000 - £100,000 base DOE + Bonus + Benefits
We’re looking for an experienced communications manager who can own and deliver at pace the high profile, sensitive and complex communications that form part of one of the largest transformations in UK financial services.
You should be someone who will take charge of delivering high profile, crucial and intricate communications as part of a significant transformation and will collaborate with the team.
The manager position is instrumental in ensuring that our messages promoting our transformation and overall organisational efficiency effectively reach the appropriate audience in a timely manner, utilising straightforward, coherent, and actionable content. As our Group undergoes transformation, our communication and engagement strategies with our colleagues must evolve accordingly.
Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated proficiency Stakeholder Management and partnering skills
- Change communications, supporting the communications strategies and the delivery of communications across multiple audiences
- Responsible for you own work and prioritisation and delivering to a consistent high quality
