Job description

About Us

MTVH (Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing) is one of the UK?s leading providers of affordable housing and care and support services. We are an affordable landlord to 125,000 residents living in 57,000 homes in London, the South East, East Midlands and East of England.

We maintain 5 billion of assets and have a 10,000-home development pipeline. We employ 2,000 colleagues and have an employee engagement score of 82%

MTVH was built on a simple mission - to give people a safe, secure and affordable home, and the chance to live well. That is as true today as it was in the 1950s when founder Molly Huggins established Metropolitan to provide decent homes for Windrush migrants in London, and as it was in the 1980s as Thames Valley Housing pioneered a new innovative Share Ownership product, to make homeownership more affordable.

MTVH is championing a better cared for, fairer, and more prosperous society. Like its founders before it, the team of today aims to leave a lasting legacy for future generations.
